Heather is a Virginia Licensed Nail Technician and has been working in the industry for over 10 years. Heather started Nails By Heather in June of 2008, choosing to leave behind typical standards. By opting to promote healthier nail applications and techniques through educating her clients, providing a warm pleasant atmosphere and forming lasting bonds with clients, Heather continues to grow and maintain lasting relationships with her clients.
